Biomethane Projects

We are developing significant projects related to biomethane in Vilanant, Girona (Spain), Faenza (Italy) and Ñuble (Chile) and other places in Europe and South America.

Installation of solar panels at HAM Group headquarters, to enjoy a reliable and environmentally friendly source of energy, without producing CO2

Solar Energy

Solar panels have been installed at the HAM Group’s headquarters (outputting 120kW), meaning that we enjoy a reliable and environmentally-friendly energy source without producing CO2.

LNG nozzle that reduces emissions and increases safety when refueling, developed by HAM Group

HAM LNG Nozzle

An LNG Nozzle which recovers any gas emissions into the atmosphere during use and disconnection, reducing the environmental impact.

HAM Group only has LNG hoses in its tanks to avoid the risk of leakage in the plant hoses.

Disposal of hoses

The hoses are only available on our tanks, thus avoiding possible gas emissions into the atmosphere due to leaking plant hoses.

HAM Group designs equipment that reduces the Boil Off and maintains the temperature of the LNG in the tanks for a longer period of time.

Decrease in boil-off

The vacuum degree of our equipment reduces the emission of boil-off, maintaining the temperature of the product in the tank for a longer period of time..

HAM Group has its own fleet of liquefied natural gas, compressed natural gas and biomethane vehicles.

NGV fleet

Our vehicles only use LNG, CNG or biomethane, thus reducing our emissions and contributing to reducing our environmental impact.

LNG mobile unit that supplies energy to an electric generator that in turn supplies energy to the ships moored in the port.

LNGas HIVE Project

Design and construction of a mobile unit supplying LNG to an electrical generator, which produces energy for docked ships.

HAMikro CNG refueling stations for small vehicle fleets

Smart Green Project

Chameleon Project

Study of LNG transport in the Mediterranean Corridor between Barcelona and Ljubljana for the rapid deployment of natural gas as a clean, alternative fuel.
