HAM’s nozzle prototype marks the future of LNG technology
The HAM nozzle allows for safe refueling and reduces emissions
At HAM Group we are committed to innovation and the development of high technology, applied to the improvement of liquefied natural gas refueling. This process has allowed us to develop a new nozzle to supply fuel to heavy vehicles, which increases safety and minimizes emissions of polluting gases.

Disconnection of the nozzle is carried out without any type of gas emission into the air. This operation eliminates the risk of burns and the possible creation of explosive atmospheres, making said nozzle safer than any existing on the market. Also noteworthy is the disappearance of leaks or liquid losses from the joint of the nozzle with the truck tank, so frequent to date, thanks to its new anchoring and closure design.
The new charging connector represents an evolution and improvement of the existing ones until now. It has a double anchoring system that increases the security of the LNG supply and is one more step towards the normalization of refueling operations so that it is as close as possible to a conventional fuel load.
Built in aluminum and stainless steel, its design adapts to current systems, with no need to change any component of the LNG dispensers at service stations, nor make any investment in the trucks.
HAM Group, leader in the development of technology applied to natural gas, has achieved a much more durable, safer nozzle, with greater ease of use and can mean the reduction of part of the personal protective equipment (PPE) by eliminating contact between the LNG and the driver who refuels the fuel.
